You are visiting the region’s dynamic and evolving coaching community. This association, a chapter of the International Coach Federation, was founded in 2002 to develop, support, and promote business coaches, personal coaches and the profession of coaching throughout the Okanagan Valley.

Your interest and curiosity about coaching is appreciated and welcome. We invite you to explore how the coaching process provides an opportunity to individuals, teams and entire organizations to move through challenges, change and grow in a world that is simultaneously shrinking in reach and growing in possibility. Our Purpose is to foster and promote the professional standards, integrity and growth of individual members, their businesses and the coaching profession in the Okanagan.
