Gil’s clients consistently rate her impact highly. Her no-hype approach with a clear “bottom line” focus is a breath of fresh air. And a fresh approach is a lot of what Gil is all about.
Working with senior management she utilises her pragmatic and insightful personality to ask the difficult questions that need to be asked before constructive change can take place.
Advantage Management Consulting was created as a vehicle for Gil to continue to improve the lives of business executives through the strategic, empowering disciplines of facilitation and coaching.
Gil’s philosophy is one of creating lasting impact through real behavioural change strengthening companies through the development of their executives’ potential.
Gil asks not “Are you doing a good job?”, but rather, “What could you achieve if you unleashed your full potential?”
