Marc’s company began in 1991 out of a request to help organizations and people achieve more through the clarity of their vision in business and in life. Marc’s experience in teaching, leadership, research into human potential and his entrepreneurial skills provide him with a diverse background as a coach and facilitator. Marc is known for his use of humor and authenticity. His knowledge of human learning and group dynamics combined with integrating his passions and experiences with high performing teams help to guide his clients so that higher levels of personal and business success are achieved.

Marc is a graduate of Royal Roads University Executive Coaching Program, holds a B.Ed from the University of Victoria, is a graduate of the National Coaching Institute in Victoria, Certified Legacy Leadership™ Facilitator, a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a member of the IAF (International Association of Facilitators, a Chartered Professional Coach with Canada’s National Sport Coaching program, and has been coaching people and teams for 33 years.
